The Drella's are the brain child of Tommy Scott formerly of Liverpool indie giants "Space", The Drella's is Tommy's outlet for his darker and heavier side, the music is Rockin and as ever quirky and experimental.
A Message From Tommy Scott -I Absolutely Love My New Band "The Drella's" Ive never felt so excited about music since i first heard the likes of SPIZZ ENERGY, ELVIS, ATV, X RAY SPEX,
MOTORHEAD, SINATRA, THE FLAMINGO'sand ECHO AND THE BUNNYMEN.
When we Plug in, i feel i can finally hear the sounds ive always craved for in my head, " I ADORE OUR NOISE!"
After much frustration with "SPACE" ( No offence to the boys - they were just as frustrated as me ) i Decided i need to sail on a new ship........
Enter Phil and his Brain-Thumping Basslines!!! We Jammed at home with a Drum machine, but the poor little rythm machine just didnt have the power on its own...Enter Leon and his Pounding TOM TOMS!!! Along with the 70's drum machine the band moved up a stage. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But thier was still something missing...

" The Drella's" were complete at last!!!!!As for were the name comes from, "Drella" was Andy Warhol's nickname given to him by Lou Reed, as he was half Dracula and half Cinderella
