Dead Against The Rest

Your new favorite band

About Me

Originally formed in the early part of 2003, “Dead Against The Rest” have developed into one of the hottest properties in South Wales. A bunch of lads from the valley’s began playing rock ‘n’ roll to their home towns , and their love for music has driven them to playing a huge number of concerts across the entire country from North to South

The public began sitting up and taking notice of the band for real in 2006 – maybe that was the time when people suddenly realised that Britain still had some true heroes left to fly the flag for rock ‘n’ roll.

2007 started off with a bang for DATR, with tour after tour, studio time and constant writing, it seemed the band were going to be snapped up and signed by the summer. But as ever with any touring band, it comes with its fair share of problems and all the true cliches of sex, drugs and rock and roll took its toll on the band. Then came along the new front man and since November 2007 the DATR fan base has grown and grown, now with spanking brand new songs and plenty of gigs ahead DATR are ready for world domination once again

This hard-working and high-spirited 5-piece will be hitting a live music venue, radio station and no doubt a photographer or two near you before long, so stay tuned for updates and keep demanding the band in your area. If we know you want us, we can oblige! Definitely one for followers of Kiss, Motley Crue and GNR. Stay tuned for more from your new favorite band. Until next time – may the force be with you! Keep rockin’ in the free world!! DATR

Dead Against The Rest are ones to watch

Fuzz

this band is super kick ass!
They're definately busting out rad rock n roll in a time when, honestly, good rock n roll is hard to find. there's almost passable punk all over, death metals pretty fucking big and crap music is just way too common and popular.
good to hear people still know how to dial in a jcm 800 and sing as opposed to whine or scream/growl. hearing true lead playing, which i really miss, is exciting.

GTFM

The Glam Stadium rock which is DATR. Their Performance was second to none as they played with angst and some sleeze. They ploughed through the air waves like a chain saw cutting through the flesh of T Rex, Spatting through your speakers right into your ears. Leaving you with a sense of enjoyment that you never new you had. Dead Against The Rest are well and truly alive

If you aint seen them yet, you really should try, and if you have seen them, go again

Live they aint to be missed

CHECK THEM OUT NOW!

Until next time – may the force be with you! Keep rockin’ in the free world!! DATR
