About Me
Joe DiPadova (de-PAH-de-vah) performs from coast to coast, frequently playing the very best events in the country with the very best djs at his side. Quickly building a worldwide reputation as one of Global Soul's young rising stars, Joe's adept combination of DJ and music production talent, coupled with a kind, down-to-earth nature have allowed him to garner the respect and friendship not only of many deeply involved with the music, but of crowds all over the nation.
Apart from DJing and production, one of the largest manifestations of his musical vision has come through event promotion, including his ongoing event in Phoenix called ONE (One People, One Soul, One Love). At this gathering, DiPadova brings together people of all color and sexual orientation through a common spool of thread - expression through dance and love of music. Guest DJs have included the who's-who of soulful dance music: jojoflores, Jihad Muhammad, Ian Friday, Garth Trinidad, Julius 'the Mad Thinker', Osunlade, Joaquin "Joe" Claussell, Lars Behrenroth, Rich Medina, Carlos Mena, and DJ Spinna, amongst many others.
With eye on the forefathers of the past and an ear to the progression of the future, Joe DiPadova has become a disciple through music, serving to make positive change via rhythm & dance. Whether it's through his deep and introspective productions or his music selections in Disco, Funk, Soul, Jazz & Techno based dance music with African and Latin rhythms, DiPadova's vocabulary in music transcends generations, continents and consciousness while interweaving gatherings of people into one elevated symposium of dance.

Exclusive Preview: Joe DiPadova featuring Ryan 'RB' Brown & Tara Kimes
"Papago Morning"
From time to time, you hear a piece of music that blows you away, like
"Papago morning" by Joe DiPadova did when I first heard it. This
production features all live instrumenation including lead and rhythm
guitar by Ryan 'RB' Brown, rhodes, bass, drums, congas and bongos, and
on top of this comes a magnificent vocal performance by Tara Kimes.
"Papago morning" is a very organic production based on a funky
foundation with the rest of the instrumentation adding a unique flavor
to it, a wonderful combination of various styles of music, always
sounding live and being full of emotion. Then there is the dub that
features an additional trumpet and male vocal, being on a laidback tip,
spreading a smooth mellow vibe. Simply wonderful music.

Increasingly, by choice or by accident, this is the role our nation has taken - the role of those who make peaceful revolution impossible by refusing to give up the privileges and the pleasures that come from the immense profits of overseas investment.
I am convinced that if we are to get on the right side of the world revolution, we as a nation must undergo a radical revolution of values. We must rapidly begin to shift from a "thing-oriented" society to a "person-oriented" society. When machines and computers, profit motives and property rights are considered more important than people, the giant triplets of racism, materialism, and militarism are incapable of being conquered…
