About Me

I'm a songwriter and guitarist born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. I have had my mail arrive in New York & Los Angeles mostly, but a few other places as well. I am the singer and lead guitarist for Matt Reasor and the Madness, featuring; Tucker Tamble on drums and vox, and Barry Danial on bass and vox. I play country-rock with a classic influence on both. My favorite cheese is Parmigiano Reggiano and my favorite Bread song is "If" , it reminds me of Motorhead. Don't ever fucking forget the joker. I love Lemmy Kilmister, he is a badass poet. I paint, write, read, and live as much as possible. Sometimes I sit on the couch, but only because I need to be seated. I also sit on the porch. I've played/play/formed fine bands like; Matt Reasor and The Madness (current), Supertonk Deluxe (on the lamb), , High or Hellwater (SoCal Country Rock), buncha Nashville/NYC/LA half bands, I support singer-songwriters, Stargunn (glam), some unmentionables from the NYC dayz, Kilravan (Jon Boddie, Shooter Jennings and your's truely---freakin weird assed industrial) Hambuckstar and the Fuckaneers (I was the Malasian Heat, fake mustache), Jupiters Moons (cheesy love song band I had in 7th/8th/9th grade...lotta fun, we specialized in makeout parties and sounded like Bad Co.with bad distortion), and of course Matt Reasor & the Saturday Night Bedwetters,(4 songs, same chords, all nite, 5th grade). Gotta give props to the past, sorry for the long and winding road. I have had songs appear in such fine media outlets as the Miramax film "The Crew" (R. Dryfus, Burt Reynolds, Jennifer Tilly), "Made" (Vince Vaughn), Husters' "Porn Rock" (Korn, Buckcherry etc), Smith Goggles 2004 & 2005 Snow Board promo DVDs', XM satellite and Sirius,, and the good ol fashioned FM radio. I also own a small studio called Barrelhead Music, and am the Technology editor for American Songwriter Magazine. Which means I play with musical gear and write about it.SHOWS: ********************************************************** December 5th- The Nashville Art Party at City Hall- It's that time of year, you know get out your taste and intellect....and some cash for a cab because your getting toasty on a Wednesday night!!!
