(Version 2.0) As I look back at 33 years of living life, I sum it all up with one word ~ driven. I'm one of the very few people that you will meet who's work ethics and business drive is nothing less than relentless. I'm always re-inventing myself, facing new challenges and finding new mountains to climb. I'm in the pursuit of happiness and willing to make incredible sacrifices to succeed. I'm a total Leo and when the opportunity is right, I step up to the plate. Thru trials and tribulations with both my business and personal life, it has forged my character into a very strong survivor. If there is one thing I know really well. Its how to deal with lifes up and downs and using it to make you stronger. The importance lies within the experience of life and every moment that life itself has to offer.
My business career has been deeply involved in the nightlife industry for more 13 years. As an Executive Producer to hundreds of special events, concerts, and festivals nationwide for Funky Tekno Tribe & Organic , I've been considered to be an industry veteran and a critically acclaimed promoter amongst the electronic music industry. Long known for my natural instinct on the tone and pulse of popular culture, I'm more like a social scientist than a conventional businessman. I've created the concepts for several successful nightclubs, bars and lounges in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as produced some of the largest and most elaborate dance events from 1994 to 2005. I helped define a lifestyle while providing an experience for a reason....mainly for inspiration of LIFE and creating magical moments in LIVING.
I've learned some really important lessons that I will never forget. Some of those lessons include:
FAMILY. Number 1 priority!!!! These are the most important people in my life. When the going gets tough...and tough get tougher......my source of inspiration and my power is my family. They are what keeps me going....and since I have had my priorities straight.....life tends to be much better with them behind me. My lifelong goal is to ensure that they are well taken care of....No stress ~ Just living the life...Without them....I am nothing......
FRIENDS.Very important to surround yourself with true friends and genuine people. The people I have surrounded myself with for a very long time tend to be those I trust with my life. People who have made sacrifices, bent over backwards for me and will always support me, no matter what. Real people with similar vibrations and like-minded spirits....Success or failure.....they are by your side, regardless. Without hesitation. Extremely reliable, honest, trustworthy, genuine people with good hearts. Dear friends who I love dearly will be in my life till the day I die.....You will always know a true friend when disaster strikes. While everybody runs for the door and leave you behind....your true friends will be the first to stay close and watch your back!!!
LOVERS. Finding love is like finding a rare jewel. I've found that its always best to let love happen naturally. You can never force relationships to happen.....if the chemistry is right, magic will happen no matter what. Sir Hugh Walpoe once said "The most wonderful of all things in life, I believe, is the discovery of another human being with whom one's relationship has a glowing depth, beauty, and joy as the years increase. This inner progressiveness of love between two human beings is a most marvelous thing, it cannot be found by looking for it or by passionately wishing for it. It is a sort of Divine accident."
BUSINESS. The term "It's not what you know, but who you know" has definitely helped me acheived alot in my career. I've learned to surround myself with key players who know whats up and stay ahead of the curve. Aggressive leaders who are hungry for opportunity. I've also learned that relationships are very important. Just like personal relationships, trust is a very important factor involved and when you lose this...everything else goes out the door. Forward thinking is also an important factor in success as it helps to have solutions for every possible aspect of being in business. Some men see things as they are and say why. I dream of things that never were and say why not???
As I look to the future, I'm all about change and finding new mountains to climb. Next step is going to be The Living Group which focuses on building wealth through Real Estate Investments, Property Development and Management ~ Check us out in any of these cities......
