Kari: Not Dead But Sleepeth

the fields... the fields... they're covered in blood!!!

About Me

"Like Armageddon without Liv Tyler" - Bisset

I'm Karina. I'm half Norwegian and a descendent of the Viking Tore Hund.
One half of Cthulhu Youth. We bring the Lollercaust. We'll drink you under the table. We make grown men cry.

I'm a clerical officer/medical secretary in a childrens' hospital. But all I really want to do is write and draw and I hate the idea of not learning anymore and being trapped in a "career".

My prime ambitions in life are to own a rabbit called Judas and to start my own Pet Sematary.

I have a psychology degree but wish I'd gone to art school!

I write a zine, "Au Milieu Des Fauves". I want to start a zine event or collective some day.

What I'm like: I give away too much and talk to too many people yet somehow manage to assume the role of lone wolf and retain an air of mystery. I am excruciatingly verbose and accidentally offensive as well as brutally honest. People say I have the most lucid imagination, but contrary to popular belief my hyperideations are not an artefact of drug-taking or psychoses.

Apparently I "have a way with words" and am good at "picking myself up". I like to be the hero that slays the dragons. Oh and I'm "brave" which means nobody can tell how terrified and shy I truly am...

I am a compulsive story-teller, I have strange anecdotes on standby for every eventuality.

I am a simmering seething teeming steaming vessel of skin-blistering rage.

I'd like to meet:

People who create.
Burlesque beauties!
People with guts and passion with their heart and soul in the right place.
People that want to start a fire.
People that will grab a stick and help me scratch my way out of here.
People that will hiss and spit and leer with me.

The "beautiful and feral".

No more schizotypal breadknife wielding stalkers please.
"They like me like flies on stinking meat."

Nobody who could potentially validate my inherent mistrust of strangers. If this is you (and statistically, in these dark days it probably is) then in the words of newg, "you'd better have a really good excuse for taking up my precious time".
