This is an experiment. I will be setting up a brand new country based entirely upon libertarian principles.For example, there will be no taxes, no central bank, no vice crimes, no entangling alliances or membership in the United Nations.A "Swiss" or "Costa Rican" styled foreign policy of neutrality will be indulged. This will be a completely private and voluntary country.
