.."Soul Contamination" exists since 2006. The idea to create this group developed during the preparatory work for the multimedia piece "Fuzzed Fiction" (performed in the festival Wien Modern/Dschungel Wien 2006, a co-operation with the dramaturg Miguel Ãngel Gaspar, composer Jorge Sánchez Chiong, voice performer Gina Mattiello, noise artist Joke Lanz, cameraman Christian Haake, saxophonist Alfred Reiter, guitarist Lukas Thöni and drummer Mathias Koch). Our group works since "Fuzzed Fiction" successfully with Gina Mattiello. She writes lyrics (e.g. for "If All My Friends Are Dead", "Asphixia", "No Resurrection") for us and organizes the concert appearances of the group in Austria (e.g. in MAK Gegenwartskunstdepot, Gefechtsturm Arenbergpark, October 7, 2007).
