Miss Angelina, The Sassy Lady Rapper, is servin' up a fresh dish of new wave Hip Hop with that old school flava! With an emphasis on smooth lyricism, luscious harmonies, and fire beats, her style is that of a futuristic Salt N Peppa, TLC, or Missy Elliott. Her irresistible music includes Caribbean, African, Arabic and Indian rhythms fused with Hip Hop, House and Electronica to make hit songs that appeal to audiences across the globe. Miss A has appeared on VH1's The White Rapper Show, the WB11 Morning Show, the Spanish television program "La Loca", and has also received invitations to perform on MTV's Total Request Live and on the Ellen Degeneres Show. She has been seen in various media outlets including the magazines Everyday With Rachel Ray, HX, Next and Theme. Miss A was crowned winner of NYC's "Battle of the Female Rappers" and of the "Most Skilled Female Emcee" award from Sin Sin's Freestyle Mondays. Her charismatic live show is what truly sets her apart from the others. Along with her sultry back-up singers and dancers, The Jersey Girls, she tantalizes crowds everywhere with her vivacious stage presence. She's dazzled the NYC crowds at such venues as The Knitting Factory, Joe's Pub, Blue Note, Southpaw, Club Deep, Club Love, Crash Mansion, Lions Den, SoHo 323, The Bowery Poetry Club, Galapagos Art Space, The Sullivan Room, and she makes her Off-Broadway debut at the Zipper Theater in February 2008. As an aspiring fashionista, Miss A designs and creates all of the wardrobe worn at her live performances as part of her clothing line, hiLiterz StyLe. She is the President of Nueva Entertainment, LLC - a music, events, and fashion production company.
