Daniel

Daniel Neill is a professional drummer and drum teacher in the Toronto area. He is active in performing and teaching many styles of music including Rock, Jazz, Latin, Country, Metal, and Drum n’Bass. Daniel has been teaching students of all ages and skill levels for the past 10 years and is well liked as a teacher for his creative, enthusiastic and intelligent approach. His downtown teaching studio is fully equipped with two professional level acoustic drum kits. Daniel has recently completed music requirements for a B.Mus (Jazz Studies) through Humber College. At Humber College, Daniel was fortunate to study with Canadian drumming masters Mark Kelso (Holly Cole), Paul Delong (Kim Mitchell), Don Vickery and Barry Elmes. After completing his studies at Humber, Daniel went on to study with drum legend Jim Blackley. Daniel has performed and/or recorded with Valery Gore, Corb Lund, Serena Ryder, Phil Woods (jazz legend), KC Roberts, and Clark the Band/Metal Kites.TechniqueTimeFeelGroove!
