i currently live with my baby sister and our friend alex, along with our cats, luna and bentley. i love them all to death. ithaca isn't really the place i want to be but it's where i am right now. i've been here for several years now, since dropping out of college, while i've been dealing with some health problems. my primary focus is healing myself, body and mind, but it turns out that's really hard work, especially the latter, and i get distracted trying to finish college or save the world and all that. it's hard to live inwardly and outwardly at the same time, to balance one's individual health with the work required to make our society a more healthful place for all of us. i'm working on it. maybe someday the work that i do inwardly will serve the world i live in outwardly. that is my hope. it's part of my dream, my manifesto, which you can read here: www.rev1.net/images/manifesto.pdf
other tidbits about me, i am very passionate and sometimes have an explosive temper. in fact i do pretty much everything, good and bad, with a lot of emphasis and zeal, even being quiet by myself. i talk with my hands. i'm a first born, perfectionist, over-achiever, goody two-shoes, but i'm also a rebel and a bad ass. i'm fiercely independent and i have a bad habit of pushing people away or keeping them at arms length when at the same time i'm really needy and just want to be loved and cared for. i'm a big dork, very talkative once i get going, childish and grown up simultaneously, quite witty, if i don't say so myself. i can be brutal, but i'm generally sweet and ultimately caring and fiercely loyal...to myself first and foremost.
