Mighty Mos Def, Talib, K-OS, Jay-Z, Madonna(old and new), Imogen Heap, Fiona Apple, Jem, Kanye', Black Eyed Peas, Public Enemy, The Roots, Beasties, Little Brother, Lauryn Hill, Mystic, James Brown, Aaliyah, Luscious Jackson, Kay Hanley, Esthero, Bjork, Frou Frou, and Everything but the Girl (Walking Wounded is one of the best albums ever!), and stuff that no one else listens to. The Fall, Speed Racer, The Dark Knight, and Spaced are the current top flicks in my world. Brian DePalma's "The Untouchables" is as perfect a movie as I've ever seen.

I read some, usually right after a studio options a book. but I mostly wait for the movie. Because if it's a good enough book, you know they'll make it. Harry Potter, Da Vinci Code, Bourne Identity, etc, etc. I will say that "Rebels on the Backlot" is an awesome book about filmakers.
