I am currently an IFBB Professional Fitness Competitor, Model/ Spokesmodel and owner Fit Images. Fit Images is a personal fitness training, lifestyle management and image consulting company. I was born in California but grew up in Australia, training and competing as an Olymipc level gymnast. Also competed on the national level in Equestrian, Track, Aerobics, Netball, Touchfootball and Cross Country. I believe there is something to be gained from each and every individual so I am always open to new relationships. Down to earth people with good integrity are hard to find so I cherish those people in my life with these qualities. God puts the right people in your life when the time is right. Whatever reason it may be for, there is a lesson to be learned from every experience. I lead a very busy lifestyle but I always make time for my loved ones.

Music:

I love hip-hop and R&B mostly but I can listen to pretty much anything. No specific groups or bands, I am pretty open minded.

Television:

I don't watch t.v. I turned my cable off after 9/11. My job in life is to motivate people and make them feel good. I need to start my day off with positive thoughts and a love for life and watching the news at 5:00am in the morning while I am doing cardio doesn't make me feel that way. If I do watch it at the gym it's only MTV, I love music videos.
