Myspace GlittersBody-building although its getting an impossible feat stopping things heading South...keeping my friends entertained and happy, gardening (must be getting old)...and running...when my new founded glass back allows...love watching the UFC and chilling at home..although the occasional 24 hour bender does not go a miss...few and far between these days..No one wants to get hammered anymore....they're right: this old age is a KILLER!!Occasionally like to paint but have to be in the mood.....pictures that is not walls...Love E Bay too...competition with Gaye (Girlfriend) who can get the biggest score..I'm, miles behind!! Basically, love getting in from work, eating, power-kip on the settee, then to the Gym (to train and not to chat!) and then relax either with my girlfriend or by myself...just trying to live my life without either hurting myself or , the people that i love..sounds easy on paper!!

G A R YVarious...when i was 17..it was Anita Baker and ELO, then Luther Vandross and Alexander O'Neil,Then Depeche Mode , Duran Duran through to the present day with Snow Patrol, Lemar, Andrea Bocelli, Dirty pretty things, The Zutons,The Coral and Razorlight..but, the most important of all is Dance Music..nothing hard just pure Ibiza melodic vocals taking me back to Cream in Liverpool and the weekends lost there-after...from John Kelly, Oakenfold, Tong, Tall Paul, Jon Pleased, BT the list goes on...the occasional glimpse of some A-lister off it in the VIP...Listening at home and on the way to the clubs..to BT, Josh Wink..the cast of my second child-hood was endless..a fantastic time ...Must mention Keane and Hed Kandi, Rap, Most R & B, .....Alicia Keys, who are fav plays nowadays....SUPERBO!! Strange when i was 20 i would have not have talked to anyone with dissimiar tsates in most things and now i'm interested in more about others than me...maturity is a surprising slice of life. The Base & Beat that i loved so much is still there......cant stop my hand tapping when a classic comes....

Heat.....The Hurricane, Star Wars ( the proper ones), Ray...Dawn of the Dead (original) Saw, II,III, Donnie Brasco...the list is endless..The Green Mile, Casino, Batman Begins, American Pie, Saving Private Ryan, Twin Town, 15 years ago i had a specific genre and coming away from science fiction would have been pure sacrilage..but now...far more varied...still like anything with a ghost or zombie though.....Comedy..Adam Sandler cant go wrong...same for Bill Murray. Denz Washington who could play the owner of a chip shop and i'd still watch him fry....Pacino...a living legend, De Niro..all of the mafia stuff with of Mr.Liotta....X -Men, Gladiator... How old am i again..?? When will they bring out a "Soprano's Movie"....??? come on HBO, Jurrasic Park, Goodfella's..pretty varied!!

Get this video and more atI am told i watch too much but is that they watch too little....X Box was taking over although i still get hammered on levels i have already been on...Love Hugh at River Cottage, Rick Stein, ...like the reality stuff although Big Bro is getting some what predictable...Like American Hotrod and of course American Chopper...The Teutals (Paul Senior' Bi's are amazing for an old geezer) are a great laugh...anything to do with Bruce Parry (tribe)..who should be elected if we are contacted by aliens to represent the human race...Did like Celebrity Masterchef..excellent stuff but, John & Greg who i admire are crazy when it comes to cutlery..everytime they put food in their mouths'they bang their teeth...Christ did they have food taken off them as kids.....to criticise someone for "its needs more salt" then to a canine collision with Sheffields finest is bloody annoying!! I did like Lost until it went MAD..prison break is one of my favourites right now...what a cast...Hells Kitchen Raw is a must...Gordon takes the word FUCK to a new dimension...and the word DONKEY / DOUGHNUT!!...and while i'm staring that way i now love my video games:X Box Top Games.....1.
