[pl] Projekt KALI-GULA obudzil sie do zycia wraz z narodzinami 2005 roku. Sama nazwa to prawie przypadkowe slowo bowiem jest zestawieniem ksywek zalozycieli: Tomasza Kalmana „Kali” oraz Kamila Gulaka „Guli” – ktorzy grali ze soba juz duzo wczesniej (gitary i wokale) przez bite 6 lat w zespole o tajemniczej nazwie Odium Dei – byla to muzyka stricte metalowa. Po rozpadzie „Odiumow” zalozyli sobie, ze odejda od pewnych utartych schematow, prostych drog… Zadecydowali po prostu dac ujscie wewnetrznej melodii dusz i rytmie ich serc… Tak powstala KALI-GULA, ktorej sklad wraz z nowa plyta „DUALIZM” zostal poszerzony aż o cztery wazne dla tej muzyki osoby; JOAANNA SMAGAŁA „Miśka” – wokal gitara, MARCIN KICYK „Kitol” – g. basowa, YOVITA BALICKA - violin, vox, KONRAD BICZAK "Biczuś" – drumsWyruszmy ze stacji Bilgoraj do miejsca mamy nadzieje jak najdalej stad po to, by ujrzec i zakosztowac niedoswiadczonego i nowego… Tylko od Ciebie zalezy, czy roztworzysz skrzydla i wzlecisz razem z nami… Bo kazdy z nas rodzi sie ze skrzydlami!..
[ang] Kali-Gula was born with the rise of 2005. The name is an almost accidental word, as it is simply the juxtaposition of the band members’ nicknames: Tomasz Kalman – ‘Kali’ and Kamil Gulak – ‘Guli’. Both of them plaid together for 6 years in metal band mysteriously called Odium Dei. After the band’s brake-up they decided to depart from typical, simple musical paths. They wanted to let themselves flow with the music of their souls and heart beats… Thus, Kali-Gula was formed. The band has already given birth to its first child - „Porcelanowe Niebo” (‘Porcelain Heaven’) – 2005 demo album, and in 2008 its sister- Dualism - came out to this world.
