Lally began her anternative comedy career with Midnight Theater, a venue she produced at her alma mater, SUNY New Paltz, before moving on to the Toyota Comedy Festival and winning Funniest College Student in 1996. Shes appeared at venues including Standup New York, Caroline´s ,Gotham Comedy Club, and several colleges around the country. Currently she is developing her 4th solo show to be performed November 2006 at the Gene Frankel Theatre in NYC. She completed shooting an indie feature film titled THE LAST CHRISTMAS PARTY in December, for which she co-starred and is producing with her company Dora Mae Productions (www.doramae.com). She was featured on MTV’s Run’s House and Comedy Central. Samoriginated the role of Blue Cahill in the New York production of the award winning play The Breezeway by Debbie Jones. She won critical praise for her title role in the short film Firefly as well as best actress from the Hoyt’sNew Filmmakers´ Festival 1998. She starred in the pilot film 6:03 and the short film Hitch for Dora Mae Productions. She has worked as an actress for New Voice Theatre Company, Steve Alpert Productions, Manhattan Theater Source, The Pelican Theatre and 78th Street Theatre Lab among others. Lally co-produced The Breezeway, Firefly, Crazy PotatoE, Personality Inventory, One Night, Meeting Fate, The Mug Shots and Jeremy Rudge for Dora Mae Productions. She has worked as an independent producer on projects such as Artists for the Cure at Carnegie Hall, Wigstock 2001 and Movie News for Showtime Networks Inc. She is a produced sketch comedy writer at such venues as Living Room Live, The Personality Inventory, 10:17, The Gershwin Hotel, Roses´s Turn, Caroline´s, and Indigo. She was a contributing reporter for yesand.com and independentartist.com, and a composer of comedic songs. Lally is Coach/Founder of comedy troupes - Wild Improv!, The Mug Shots, The Outrageous Instincts, The Baker´s Dozen, and Please Stand By. She is a founding member of Dora Mae Productions.
