Hughes Johnson

Welcome. For those who don't know Us, Our god given names are Hughes and Johnson. Hence Hughes Johnson. Say our name five times really fast and u may laugh. Or u may not. We dont really care. We live for music. It makes life beautiful. When we open our ears the insights follow. We ask the question why? We tire from being Blind from the true nature of the situation. An illusion of parallel symmetry. We are ones own worst enemy. Now is not later...But I digress...Most songs were poorly produced by Hughes from an 8track and lots of other doodats in his bedroom quarters or from snipets of live shows. Our good friend B Steves from the Quakes is currently working on some much more professional quality sound for a lot of our new material. What do we sound like? Many find it hard to classify... but the best I have heard is "Hippie Hop." Clever indeed... Our shows are usually fun as hell as long as we don't get kicked out for causing a disturbance...But that is few and far between now-a-days. Hughes Johnson have been making music together for over a year now together with other friends as well and we strive to continue to elevate what we do to new heights. Much love Hughes Johnson
