I've experienced the Bay Area's Hyphy way of Life and the streets of New York, whilst pursuing my MUSIC career. It really toughen me up and now I am back in the YAY-Area continuing with my MUSIC the independent way!! YEEEEEEEEE! I've collaborated R&B with Hyphy with developing my own genre called DIET-HYPHY!!!!! I am a singer/songwriter/producer and I am currently finishing my debut album after promoting my Diet-Hyphy Mix-MixTape all around Northern Cali! My music predominantly crosses R&B, Soul, Hip Hop and HYPHY!! But I am greatly influenced by all genres. I confess I am a MUSIC JUNKIE!My greatest influences are by classic artists such as Stevie Wonder, Prince, Marvin Gaye, Nina Simone, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight, Luther Vandross, Tina Turner, Roberta Flack, Chaka Khan, George Benson etc. Modern influences include artists such as Alicia Keys, MAXWELL, Lauryn Hill, Mary J. Blige, John Legend, Brain McKnight, India.Arie, Faith Evans, Keyshia Cole, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Jill Scott, Angie Stone, Pharrell Williams, Musiq, Eric Benet, Raphael Sadiq, Tupac, Biggie, Common, Kanye, Lil Jon, Ying Yang Twins and the list goes on and on and on... The HYPHY and Bay influences start with MAC DRE, E-40, Keak da Sneak, Mistah Fab, Too Short, Ya Boy, Frontline, The Team, J. Diggs, The Federation, Turf Talk, The Mossie, and so many of the Bay's Hot Independents!! Ya all ROCK!! I want to establish my own independent record label, SOUL FUSION RECORDS and further develop LOOPè Productions! I hope that someday really soon that Soul Fusion Records would be attached to a major label, where it would have the freedom to consistantly release today's best "soul fusion" artists!
