I am just as comfortable at home alone or out socializing with friends. In fact, I usually prefer to stay in on the weekends. Since I keep busy during the week, Sunday is my ME day. Time to just chill and take care of home; I love producing anything - whether it be for film/video, an event, etc. I enjoy/attend various types of live entertainment from Broadway shows, concerts, TV tapings, award shows. I also work a lot of industry events and have met some wonderful people. Working with Stevie Wonder and Yolanda Adams were definitely highlights; I love dancing (all styles - everything from hip hop to ballroom); I write poems from time to time; I have a massive video collection of over 1500 tapes which includes movies, old tv shows, concerts, etc. I'm still kinda good at movie and TV trivia (but not lately as I don't watch much TV anymore). I love all sports. I like researching/archiving for myself as well as others. I briefly dabbled in oil painting. I'd like to get back into it. I love horseback riding; billiards; I love cruises (I participate in a lot of the activites and I love all of that food); I am an animal lover. I love board games, card games, charades; I love creating something from nothing, spreadin' love, philanthropy... and oh yeah... I love chicken! (Read my 'Hot Meat' blog)
IT DOESN'T COST YOU ANYTHING TO GIVE SOMEONE A SMILE
I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet positive people that offer solutions and make things happen and bring joy to others lives as opposed to those that complain all of the time or hate on people and bring others down with their negativity. Life is too short to be angry at the world. SMILE...THEN PASS IT ON !!!
I want to meet sincere people. I prefer the UGLY truth rather than a PRETTY lie. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. However, I start backing away if/when the 'awful' truth is revealed and a person is shown to be 'FAKE'. Lie to or about me and you're no longer a friend. There's absolutely no need for it. I can handle the truth. Be GOOD to me and I'll be GOOD to you.
"...and if there's a thing that you needI'd give you the breath that I breathe...Whenever, Wherever, Whatever..." (I mean it!)
Watch your Thoughts, they become Words; Watch your Words, they become Actions; Watch your Actions, they become Habits; Watch your Habits, they become Character; Watch your Character, for it becomes your Destiny.

"The biggest and strongest message is that whatever it is that you're called to do - do it. Do it regardless of whatever accolades you may receive or whatever opportunities may come your way. If it's a true conviction, then it will continue within you, whether you exercise it professionally or you do it recreationally. When you do what you are meant to do, it's not about the money. It's about the sacrifice and the dedication that you put in." ~ Maxwell

COMMENT OF THE WEEK
Dag...are things that bad out there, ladies???? lol I've met a few 'pefect men' in my lifetime..well, perfect for me, anyway. A perfect man to me is someone with a kind heart that is thoughtful, caring, giving with a great sense of humor. I'm a sucker for a sensitive guy. I like guys that are a little different than the norm, too. They may have just something about them that is different from everyone else or that sets them apart from the norm. Hmmmmmm, I just described a few men on my friends list *smile*
VIDEO OF THE WEEK
PLEASE..LOVE YOURSELF for who YOU are. Do not be brainwashed into thinking beauty comes in ONE type of packaging. In addition...you MUST love yourself before you can expect anyone to love YOU.Take a look in the mirror and KISS yourself. *smile*
