ABOUT THE SONGS: These are different Artist from America to Germany & Australia. All music is produced/composed by me (Sweet P) and songs are written by me and the Artist except for the first song which is a Tupac sample. I'm featured in the background singing on songs titled Could It Be You, Back in Japan, Senorita & Shawty Wanna Kick It. I'm rapping on the song titled Better Without You. All songs are engineered/mixed by me!
SWEET P's BIO: I was born a musician and I'll die a musician. This is my life's calling. Every since I was a kid I've always known that music was what I wanted to do and the day I first witnessed Michael Jackson perform live on Motown 25 in 1983, I knew that it was meant for me to see his performance because It changed my life! My passion and desire for entertainment had surpassed anything else that was important in my life. From that day forward I spent every waking moment in pursuit of the opportunity to show my talents to the world! Since then I've been in several R&B groups as well as solo and I've performed in over 500 shows including night clubs, expo's, wedding's, anniversaries, talent shows, cruise boats, barbecue's, TV shows, high school pep rallies, proms, religious/political functions, private and corporate parties, etc...
I took a break from the "limelight" to focus on getting behind the scenes and producing/writing songs and singing background for up-and-coming rappers and singers from Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Houston, Boston, Los Angeles, Canada, Taiwan, Japan, Germany, Australia and Africa. These Artist's hired me personally to produce, write and record music for them in their pursuit of a record deal. After I experience working with so many different Artist's I felt the need to go out and promote my music to the world. So with that I put together a compilation CD of all the different Artist's I've produced over the years and decided to move to Los Angeles from Atlanta in order to get my name out there and find more opportunities. I ended up homeless for about two years but eventually got back on my feet and hit the streets with selling and promoting my music.
To this day I've sold over 30,000 CD's independently on my own and are still moving them to this day. It took me over 4 years to sell that many but it's been worth every minute of it! Right now I would like to list and give proper respect to all of the celebrities that have either bought my cd, looked out for me or supported me along the way. I'll never forget you all for believing in my music! I can't remember everyone right now but If I didn't mention you then I apologize but I'll definitely add you as soon you come to mind! Anyway, I've met so many people from different countries and now my music is not only here in america but worldwide! I have friends all over the globe! It feels great when you can say that you can visit almost any country in the world and have a friend there or somewhere to stay if you decide to take a visit to their country. So now I'm back on the path of what I began earlier in my life and that's to bring what Michael Jackson and Prince brought back in the day and that's real music and entertainment! I'm bringing music back!!! I'm currently working on my website and my first album so be on the look out for that coming very soon. It's all in the works as we speak. My page will also be updated in harmony with my site and release of my record.
