Techniec arrived on the scene in 1995 as a 14 yr old member of the LBC Crew, signed to Snoop Dogg's "Doggystyle Records". Techniec has recorded with Death Row artist such as 2Pac, Tha Dogg Pound & Snoop Dogg, even having a small cameo in the Martin Lawrence film "A Thin Line Between Love & Hate" performing the lead single for the soundtrack "Beware of my crew".In 1999 Techniec moved on to sign as a solo artist with Mack 10's "Hoo Bangin Records/ Priority Records". Appearing on several Hoo Bangin releases such as Mack 10's "The Recipe" and "Paper Route" albums.Tech was able to gain the respect of the streets as a credible MC while having the pleasure of working with West Coast legends such as Ice Cube and Mc Eiht.Techniec kept his name relevant by dropping a series of mixtapes with group Dynamic Certified
(consisting of Long Beach natives Pac Ten, Jerzey-J, J-Rydah, Rue Rue, and Krunch).
In 2005 Techniec was invited on the "How the West Was Won" tour with Snoop Dogg and the newly formed group M.O.B. (Techniec, The Game, and Eastwood). The group released several songs on The Game's Black Wallstreet mixtapes, however decided to focus on their solo projects instead of completing an album.Techniec is currently recording his debut album "THA BLOCSTAR THA REBEL" under his own BLOCREBEL MEDIA imprint which will hit the streets 2nd quarter 08.
