/////Leones Humildes Hi-Fi is a familly of dedicated rootsman based in Barcelona, Spain. Since 2000, Leones Humildes has been playing conscious roots reggae against the wall of barcelonia.
In 2002 the crew decided to start building the first bass bins of what was going to be the first sound system UK style based in spain: one turntable, dub preamp and fx. The sound has grown since and is now made of 8 bass bins (scooops and double reflex). We play roots reggae music from the 70' to 3K, from JA, UK, Europe has long has its conscious and uplifting.
We would like to pay our tribute and respect to the elder sounds how have been a refuge for their people during the time of struggle. Sound who have remained loyal to their ideals and that have kepts spreading Jah message regardless of musical fashion. Shaka the mighty Zulu Warrior, Jah Observer... Those sounds are the roots and branches have now spread all over europe and beyond... Can't stop Jah musik. Give thanks for the positive inspiration.
More than pure entertainment we see each session as an opportunity to spread the message of love, respect and overstanding for the people. There is something in this music for each and everyone.
