Static Move is an upcoming funk band based in Copenhagen Denmark.
Static Move play a mix
of funk, soul, rock, electronic and rap sprinkled with bubbling energy.
They are a live band and they love to have a terrific time and give the audience a positive experience of raw power, soul and rhythm.
They are 9 persons on stage, with a crew playing the drums, bass, guitar, keyboard, horns, vocals and rap.
By mixing different genres, they deal with various moods and form a versatile expression, their lyrics reflect e.g. experience and approaches to life and society. The music is a reflection of the many different facets of life, combined with humour and a lot of party atmosphere.
However…….they are mostly in for the party.
All the musicians have different musical approaches, however, they all share an acquaintance with various genres, mainly funk and soul and they are all hooked on the funky groove.
They will get you on the dance floor for sure!
