I was born in middletown,ohio about twenty five miles south of dayton and about twenty five miles north of cincinnati.I grew up in dayton,ohio and i use to perform in talent shows in my early teens singing and dancing. I became interested in guitar when i was about twelve even though a friend from georgia introduced me to the guitar while living in newnan,georgia for a couple years.My family moved dayton,ohio where i was exposed to many gospel groups and bands and at twelve i asked for a guitar.You can read my extended bio at (www.myspace.com/emmettnorthjr).
