I'd like to meet:

As a Writer I find something interesting in every person I meet, we all have our own stories unique just to us. But for the purpose of this page I wish to meet musicians, and fans of great music, not people that wish to use me to meet a musican, or people who want to use All Access Magazine to test their writing prowness. I am complicated, I speak my mind, and will call out anyone I think is a phoney or user. I have run across many. I love fans of music, musicians and friends I know are always there. This is what THIS PAGE is for. It is for the fans of music, or my own that I know, I invite you to read my blogs, most subjects are there, sometimes you get a peek into my life and occasionally get a brief look into a musicans life! For the musicians with real tangible talent, you never know who will land in my column, or in an interview or a Cd, concert, or DVD review of mine. If your added as a friend, and have real talent, don't be surprised I come knocking on your MySpace page, and wish to talk with you, or if your performing on the OC, CA area if I show up at one of your gigs, or grab a hold of your Cd, and give it a rave review. ALL ACCESS is very well known, and has given a jump start to some unknowns careers, as well as having friends that have been in the music industry for years. So come by, say hi, and keep me in your mind! If you wanna talk, please make sure you have real talent! I have a teen, 3 animals, a husband, and things I cant say here (giggles)... Play good, talk to me!To me, music is life. It is what makes us feel, what helps us hold meories, conjur memories, and helps mold us. Music is what we are. To be able to write about music is amazing, to feel music is life afirming, no matter what kind we listen to. It stays in your sol, consoles you when your hurt, lifts you up when your ready to soar! It is an international language, and speaks to all. Music knows no bounds, it does not care about your race, religion nor how much money you posses. It is just there. It wishes to make you feel good, make you soar. Whether your 1 or 100, So allow music to be your guide, it can not steer you wrong, it is part of your soul. For those who say they are not into music, they are fools, who are void, barren, and lost, Those with music, They are able to get through lives challenges; any that come their way, because their is a song to fill every need. Never forget that. Music is a guide! Thanks to all who stood by me in illness, I wrote through most of it, but once I was given the right medications, and started to recover, I realized, that helping musicians is what I wish to do for those I can. It is important to be grateful, insightful, and practice wisdom when you can. I realized what a jump some musicans have received, just by a mention, I may be a bit slower with deadlines, but as I wait for Rolling Stone (J/K), you all made me realize that my love of music did not die. I just needed to lick the wounds of LUPUS. If you don't know what it is, that's cool, but for many with it, it destroys women when they are in their prime! I won't allow myself, to become a statistic. I AM A STRONG WOMAN, with much to offer. Thank you friends for sticking by me, while I was waiting on dumb ass doctors to figure out what I knew before them.Don't forget your dreams.. If you have a dream, go for it! but hone your skills, it is not always easy and or natural to all. Be real with me, I will be real with you. I am OUTSPOKEN, PASSIONATE, I can be Very FORTHRIGHT, if you come hear looking for something with false intentions I will eventually see it. I will call you on it, bring it to the table. For those without a secret agenda, I will love you, work my best to keep up with you, but in my life and in my writing life (not just music), I have been used, sometimes verbally abused, and misunderstood. I am an artist in my own way, I don't think so much passion can be put into something without passion can come back out, sometimes it is loving and kind, sometimes not. But I am learning to know what others intentions are, because of some very great teachers, They don't need to be named, I think they know who they are, they come from my personal life, the music world, and random passings. Take me for who I am, or don't take me at all. Pretty outspoken statement I think. But you learn when you have been burned. Please Try to help fight this disease with me! CB

Hi, I'm Christi, a staff writer for All Access Magazine. As some of you may know, I have interviewed and written about bands from all genres. Awhile ago I started Christi's Music Consults; but had to stop for a bit. I am going back to writing the best bios, press kits, press releases and more for bands that need them. I have a style of writing like no other; depending on the band I can write in a lyrical style, straight in your face style or if you're an artist or band has little experience, a style that will help you to draw visitor's to your web pages, put in your press kits and more. Many of the artists I have written about use my work for their press kit's or use what I write in my column as short Bio's. Though I do not divulge who I have already done Bio's for (long and short), they have been pleased with the work. If you're in need of a new bio because your band is growing, changing images, or you just need a fresher perspective, we can talk.Depending on your needs; I can work around them!..Just send a message and we can talk. I have a degree in Merchandise Marketing and have been writing on a variety of subjects for about 12 years.I am not leaving All Access Magazine; I plan to stay and help give exposure to bands that need it, but I am a writer and creating stories that catch people's attention is what I love doing. Movies:

I love anything that moves me, or tickles my funny bone. Also I love Mob movies, and crazy ass Tarantino films. Some all time fav's include; Goodfella's, Pretty Women, Sound of Music, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill 1&2, LOVE GURU, thats right yea, is the funniest stuff I have seen in years. I think I will become a movie critic!!! To know the rest.. you gotta ask

Books:

There is nothing more fullfiling than finding what you are good at. What you do with it next is what takes courage. Many sit by and never act on their dreams, because they are scared to fail. I was too, but finally after so many years of trying, I acted. I am so happy I did, my passion and dream are now a reality. I have read books, but I ussually forget what I have read, until I am asked, so you have to ask to find out what I have read, I do know I like wally lamb though, LOL
