THE SLIDES SPLT!


Well it's been a great few years but we are sorry to announce that The Slides are no more and have officially split. It's been a roller-coaster ride with charting singles, mini-album's, uni-tours and the like but sadly all good things come to an end. We would like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for your support over the years though - keep on rockin' and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

NEW SINGLE'S OUT NOW!!!!!
The new single, "Not Coming Home", that's a new track by The Slides' was released 23rd July 2007 on iTunes. With its Northern groove and soaring melody, give the dance-tastic track a whirl by clicking on the iTunes link below. The band are doing a short tour at the moment so be sure to check 'em out at a venue near you!

Lights, camera, action! Check out the latest May '07 edition of the music & fashion magazine, NOTION (in Borders, WHSmiths). You'll find the band all dressed up in the East End sporting some quality threads in the mag's "Band on the Run" feature.

It's a new year and it's time for some new choons! The band have been staying out of the pub and have been crafting some new grooves for you lot instead. Watch this space for updates and demos on their new material, we'll upload it here as soon as we get a mix hot off the desk!
