View Album EOW
For seven years, End of the Weak (EOW) has been a driving force in the New York City hip-hop scene. Every Sunday night a hundred of NYC’s premiere hip-hop talents come out to showcase their skills at EOW. The Hosts of this even are the most well respect and hardest working MCs on the scene. With hundreds of stage hours under their belt, Big Zoo, Vice Verses and Prolific Wone, have finally created one album depicting their journey through Life, introducing “3 Kings”.
Vice Verses- Vice is a Boogie Down Bronx native who won’t have anyone forget “ where this all started “.Vices’ Verses are mind gripping, sharp witted darts, challenging listeners to do more that just hear the words. Vice conceals double meanings in all his verses, which only enhance his impeccable timing and delivery.
Big Zoo- This Veteran Jersey MC has been on the scene for almost ten years, amazing crowds wih his flawless freestyle performances and gargantuan stage presence. His lyrics stress the importance of consciousness and progression within the Hip Hop community. Zoo has had numerous underground releases, and won MTV’s DirectFX M.C. Battle 5 weeks in a row.
Prolific Wone- A Lower East Side resident famous for his aggressive delivery, stark lyrical imagery and Wild on stage antics has been holding his own for years. His energy resonates through his voice as he wallks you through verbal pictures comparible to great wild style graffiti pieces. Prolifics’ street smart lyrics give the “kings” a hard edge appeal, that’s garunteed to move the crowds.
The melding of these three MCs over break neck beats is a pleasure to listen to. On track after track they show and prove that they are both the future past and present of the hip hop culture. Joints Like “Born” and “Reconstruction” are sure to be loved by Old School and New School fans alike. “3 Kings” is the first of many great things to come from these MCs, who touch on everything from waking up in the morning and going to work to living amongst the “living dead”.
