About Me

Tony Hume: ... guitarist, vocalist, purveyor of fun.
Tony sprang from Kynda, a popular traveling rock band from Orlando, Florida. Kynda played their last shows in February of 2005.
Since the demise of Kynda, Tony has played numerous solo acoustic shows under the moniker "THC" aka Tony Hume Collaboration. The acoustic sets are a mesh of new and old original and cover material and a workout for the voice and fingers. New material is being written as often as there is free time to do so.
In early 2006, Tony joined forces with Miami CPU wizard Justin Schroeder and formed "THCv2.0" (Tony Hume Collaboration version 2.0) - a futuristic blend of computer driven soundscapes with the happy jammy guitar of Hume under and over the grooves. (www.thcv20.com)
From late June 2006 - March 2007, Tony lent his talents to the endless noodling of Melbourne, FL based rock outfit called "Brother Bean" (www.brotherbean.com) and proceeded to help them take the show around the Central and Southern parts of Florida before announcing his departure out of the state.

Sounds Like: THC: A guy playing acoustic guitar.
A guy playing acoustic guitar or electric guitar.
A guy playing guitar who doesn't like to ever stop once the set has started.
A guy who sometime sings whilst playing said guitar,
not liking to stop once the set has already started.
A guy singing and playing guitar,
while sometimes making people laugh
and smile
along the way,
who doesn't like to stop the music,
nor take a break,
once the set has already started.

THCv2.0: the beginning stages of REM sleep, while on mushrooms ... an electric improvisational bridge between rock and electronica ... estatic freedom.
Record Label: previously heard on Satsuma Sound
