The crew at High Street Tattoo has numerous interests in the few hours we find ourselves not at work...Everything from snowboarding to paintball, guns to music, and everything in between. If you catch us on the right night, we may be getting thrown out of one of our city's fine liquor establishments! (Bartenders do that as a courtesy to us so we get plenty of rest ,so we can do the best tattoos in the city) At any rate, we do anything that seems like fun, and with a job like this one, why not!
bros, ho's, kids getting down in stereo, jedis, yetis, betties.
Can we not get into this, I mean seriously, everyone listens to lots of different music, and its all good to you if you dig it.
We have a variety of film interests as well...We have a large collection of our favorites at the shop, and all of our clients are invited to watch a movie while they get tattooed.
Damn near anything!! TV is to our generation what the archaic "book" was to those poor suckers of the past. Why pretend you read to achieve your level of intellect when you know you were planted in front of the "Electric Company" for the day. Why do you feel the need to understand the prophetic angst of russian industrialists and quote Prost when theres nearly tweenty-four hours of info on the way Hitler liked his coffee, knowledge of how taffy is made and the miracle of dog-whispering? It's because "kill your TV" is cooler than admiting that you may have learned something the easy way...TV is responsible for the way our generation looks at all subjects real and fantasy, and if you don't believe it...look around...see someone who is biting your style? Its because you got it from somewhere, too. So if you hate the TV, learn to hate your car, your refridgerator, your Ipod, and all of the other useless advances we have made since the inception of the TV.

you are our heroes, fair tattoo consumer and lover of all things counter-cultural. You are the reason we do this whole damn thing. Your need to spend the little moolah the man dosen't steal from you to support any number of things you don't agree with warms our artistic hearts, and fills us with the desire to make the best work we can for you. We hate the man too, and if it were up to us, tattoos would be paid for by the Government, and you would be happier to pay taxes. But they are'nt, so thanks for all your support! Many thanks though to these special souls: Megan, mom and dad, step mom and dad , the former owner of the shop I used to work at(you know who you are) Adam, Fabes, Goslee, All of my tattooist buddies(for the support in hard times), pork chop, Bawidamann, Piercology, all the customers, and anyone I forgot...I wouldn't be shit without all of these folks, and they deserve credit for this shop too.
