Yeah sure, hatred and anger and turmoil, sadness and fear exist. I will acknowledge only that they exist. But they do not inhabit my reality, and they do not reside in me. Do not give power to these things of no matter, of no substance, for really they have no REAL matter. They are just empty. And so shall you feel when you give power to them by focusing upon them.
Move out of the third dimensional turmoil, focus upon the integration of the heart and mind.

The Nebula is like our light body, our aura... When we ascend our bodies and "die" we are entering another realm, and our lights are "visible" and we are very aware of it. Ascension. Much like the aura of a star when it is popping out of this realm into another.
