Influences: Shpongle, Flook, Eat Static, Psychedelic Music, Gong, Techno, Irish Pubs, and a healthy mixture of fermented drinks and mind altering substances.
Sounds Like: The most perfect music you ever heard when you first heard it 4.00 am at Glastonbury, coming up with the sun on another half a pill, tribal beats, cerebral synth, dub bass lines, everyone dancing like dervishes, celtic melodies woven into the psychedelic backdrop, as each beat of the kick drum hits you... if you were there or somewhere similar, you know what it was like, if you missed it, then you're missing it.
Basically, we don't sound like anyone else, although folk roots magazine (ha ha, finger on the pulse there... NOT!) said we sounded like the educationally subnormal offspring of Afro Celt Sound System and someone else who I forget, which made us laugh, and even provided us with a title for a track, thanks froots! Obviously Afro Celt was the only point of reference they had, probably similar to the people who think we sound like the Levellers, 'cos we got a fiddle. Make your own minds up (when we get more songs on here!)
