I have 4 great kids. They are my life. I've been in a 7 year relationship with Kath, my soulmate and best friend. Since '03 I've become a gym rat. Womack's in Keller, Texas is my home gym. I love/hate cardio, but I still get it in 5 times a week. The diet thing is sometimes my down fall. Damn that Taco Bell!!!! I also love my job in Comedy, it has been my cheap form of therapy, my best friend, my outlet.
