Greetings to one and all,
As I, King Henry VIII, having just taken to be my new bride the German Princess, Anna Von Kleves, I am exited to announce that we have decided to go on progress to visit her homeland. We shall be visiting the Mid Michigan Renaissance Festival. Our hopes are high that we may get to see one and all there. Though we hear that this is the first year for this fine festival, we are anxious and looking forward to the pleasantries and festivities. We have been assured that there will be much merriment to be had. Merchants with their wares in abundance. Food fit for a King or Queen. Entertainment that will make you laugh the whole day through. Dress makers with the finest of cloth that could even make the most peasant among you look noble, and the noblest among you to look like a King. Even the wee ones will have a grand time. You can have tea with the new Queen and Myself at the Royal High Tea. Or join in the "Fantastich Festmahl" (Fantastic Feast) were you will be served a meal that is befitting a King! Join us at court where we will gladly meet and greet with all the nobles of the land, and shall welcome anyone that wishes to greet us.
We hope that one and all will join us as we rejoice and celebrate, not only our wedding, but the Grand Opening of the Mid Michigan Renaissance Festival.
