About Me

This is the official MySpace page of the Arlington County Police Department

Our mission is to reduce the incidence of crime and improve the quality of life in Arlington County by making it a place where all people can live safely and without fear.

We hope you will take the time to learn a little bit about what we do. Our 366 officers fight crime on the streets and on the internet, where unfortunately, you can’t trust everyone you meet. We encourage you to add us as a “Top Friend” to discourage anyone with unscrupulous motives from trying to contact you. Also, on this page you can report anything suspicious to us and you can remain anonymous if you want.

We would also like to hear from you if you’re considering a career in law enforcement. Watch our recruitment video or click on “Job Opportunities” for more information about how to apply.
