Today is a good day so far I have smoked my 3rd pack of cigarettes and haven't coughed once the sun is shining on my indian tattoos, and I haven't got any ass for months but that's all about to change...

TRAINING

Training like a mad man, pulled my hamstring today, I was doing pushups and sit ups and smoking cigarettes and after my 323rd pushup in a row without stopping my hamstring just all of a sudden tighten...

Half the day off
