I am now 65 years old since November 21st., and I am retired and on disability. I play the guitar and have been playing for a total of 20 years because I didn't play for a long time during my working years. I love fingerstyle guitar like that of the Greatest Ever, Mister Guitar-Chet Atkins. I also like Doyle Dykes, Tommy Emmanuel and Mark Knopfler, Les Paul, and many other players including Flamenco artists such as Carlos Montoya.----------I played 3 to 4 nights per week after I got out of high school. During high school, I played lead guitar in a local band. During school, I played when the band was hired for small parties and occasionally at a local bar. When I was finished with high school, I went on to electronics school. I never worked in electronics except for a small place checking electrical connections.----------I am married to a wonderful wife for the last 34 years and I have 2 children; a boy and a girl, and I have 2 beautiful grandchildren; One boy named Matthias and One girl named Leila-rose. My children's names are David and Rachel. David is 33 years old and Rachel is 28 now.-----------I spend most of my time on my computer and chat on instant messaging with a few close friends and family. I have been interested in personal computers since the days of the huge mainframe computers and the first PC that I had was a Commodore Vic-20.----------I love British comedies on television and nature shows and documentaries and shows that show how different products are manufactured, science fiction shows such as Star Trek.----------I enjoy corresponding with a friend I met through a guest book signing at a guitar website and have been corresponding ever since for 6 years now. He played in a rock and roll band called The Rocking Ramrods many years ago, and we both love to play like Chet Atkins. We have a lot of fun talking about Chet Atkins and other guitar related things, scientific things, weather, and we love to joke pretending that He is Captain Kirk and I am Scotty. We joke back and forth and tell each other the latest in our Emails. He is interested in photography and because of his generosity toward me, I am now making a guitar video for him and my family and for myself.----------I have 2 guitars and a practice amp. That is all the equipment I have now. I have a Yamaha Acoustic Guitar and an Epiphone Signature Series Electric guitar.----------There is much more to tell, but not in this short space.
