Just over two years ago four music class friends decided they would form a band. Since then there's been departures, arrivals, temporary bass players, several handfuls of gigs, drunken performances, back stage madness (see Adam + Free Beer + Vodka at the Leadmill), a recording in a kitchen, practicing in our underwear on sweltering hot days at Yellow Arch, hissy fits from Jamie at the Casbah, practicing in coats and hats on freezing cold days at Yellow Arch, growing out of that "angsty teenagers in a band" stage, a variety of vests, airplay on BBC Radio Sheffield, a slagging off in Sandman, Matilda (R.I.P), rejection dejection lost in the dark with no direction, writers block, a weekend recording "A Little Secret EP" at Steelworks Studios. That was 2005 and 2006. Bring on 2007! So far it looks like there's going to be road trips, recording EP number 2 with Alan Smythe, taking lots of new pretty pictures of ourselves and who knows what else?!?At the end of the day we're still here though and we're still trying to do what we'd like to do best.Hopefully we'll see you soon!
