About Me

Teach The Babies Something New...

Khem is a music producer hailing from Tottenham, north London. Music has always been a major part of her life, but she picked up production skills through watching other people do it. She has always been surrounded by music.... Her father was a selector on a sound system in Jamaica in the 70s called Star Warz Sound System and he kept up his collection of music long after he had left there, until he and her mother returned back home to Jamaica a few years ago. Her older brother is also a collector of vinyl and would do compilations of old soul and rare grooves for her, which is where she gets alot of her musical influence from.
