Music, and Reggae in particular, has had a tremendous influence on my art and life over the years. At a very early age, I decided that I wanted to document what I could of musicians and the music in my time. I want to give something back to the artists by helping to promote their music through the use of photography, multimedia and art while preserving the images for future generations.

My first book, FOOD FOR THE MASSES is a collaboration between Michael Franti and I. It includes Michael's lyrical body of work from 1986-2003 and is accompanied by photos that I took over a 5 year span of documenting his life with Spearhead as well as archival images from his years with The Beatnigs and Disposable Heros of Hiphoprisy : 2006
