P.M. means personal change; moving beyond the darkness of the past and finding healing in a challenging world. “Pick up the Pieces” seems to capture this message of hope to those struggling, no matter how unmanageable or desperate circumstances may seem. Pick up the pieces and move on.The band places beautiful and soulful vocals over dynamic instrumental moods that dance between the soft and ethereal to the deliberate and piercing. This is a bit of a metaphor for the message: that hope can be found in the quiet and simple as well as the loud and trying times of life. Each member of the band has overcome personal demons and weaknesses, whether it is family issues, substance abuse, mental illness, or the loss of loved ones. We feel that music has great power to heal and inspire, and to cause us to look beyond ourselves for this healing in positive ways, to move us past the confines of darkness into the light of hope.
