I am here for Dating, Friends and Networking

About Me

I like Tripping the Rift, Sci Fi of all kinds, books, movies, computers, Macs, Linux, I used to game a lot, hanging out with friends and family is my idea of fun. I'll fill out more later.

My Interests

books, linux, astronomy, movies, novels, music, concerts, the outdoors, friends, family, hanging out, traveling, and trying new things.

I'd like to meet:

You. Just mail me if you find me the slightest bit interesting or whatever. Oh, and I had quit myspace and now I'm back. I'd love to meet people who are into astronomy. If you like the outdoors that is a plus too. If you're a linux buff, give me a buzz (not a buff - I'm not bald yet). Thanks. I'd also like to meet Pancho Villa (I think we're related somehow. All Mexicans are.) I'd also like to meet Sam Neil, Charles Darwin, Jesus (I wanna set the record straight and ask him about letting the Playboy playmates into heaven), Ghandi (I wanna arm wrestle him), Einstein, Stephen Hawkings, Patrick Stewart, George Washington, the current F.B.I. director, God, Satan (to renegotiate the terms on my soul), and Heidi Klum (preferably in a hottub without any clothes). There are more people I wanna meet, but I'm senile and can't remember them all. I'd love to meet people of Latino/Hispanic descent, especially cute Latinas! And guys, don't be afraid to say hi or whatever. Even gay guys. I'm not gay but I have had gay friends before. It will only feel awkward if you try and shove a pineapple in me in a hottub full of peptobismol while my toenails are clipped by a half-goat midget. I'd also like to hear something you're interested in, even if it's not something I'm very knowledgable about. I like learning things, especially when I've got caffiene in me. Oh, and even when I wean myself of caffiene eventually, I want to hear what you have to say. Caffiene is not the only way to invigorate your mind.

Hey, I have to make a note that unless you talk to me first, don't try to add me, and sorry, I won't add more bands. I get so many bulletins I can't keep up. Oh, is it me or is everyone getting porn advertisements in mails and friend requests on myspace? Grrrr!!!!

Music:

Pretty much everything, even some rap (ok, I liked the gangsta stuff for a bit but not into anymore), and I like Latin music as long as it's not mariachi stuff.

Movies:

Contact, Indiana Jones, The Mummy, Blackhawk Down, Alien vs Predator, Gattica (just for bringing up an issue), Anaconda, Congo, Jurassic Park, Lost World, Jurassic Park 3, Aliens, That one movie with Stiffler and the Rock, Young Frankenstein, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Cursed, American Werewolf in Paris, Ginger Snap, Deep Impact, Mission to Mars. I like comedy and romance (just when I'm bored).

Television:

X Files, Battlestar Galactica, South Park, Tripping the Rift, Simpsons, Alias, Stargate SG1, Buffy, Smallville, The Tick, (don't watch much tv).

Books:

The Relic, Jurassic Park, Lost World, Sphere, Spies Among Us by Ira Winkler, Congo, Age of Spiritual Machines, Raptor Red, Tom Clancy, Stephen King, The New Humanists, The New Killer Diseases, Stephen Hawkings, and looking for new books to read other than science and horror. No, I won't read romance. Oh, and the HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy Trilogy.

Heroes:

Jodie Foster, Douglas Adams, Michael Crichton, Ghandi, Coffee, Kuthulu (ha!), Darwin,Jesus (anyone who can be nailed to wood and still speak coherently is not to be messed with), Einstein, Hawkings, Supermodels (the mere fact they can smile and be charming and alluring means they have stronger minds than you'd think. If I was that hot I'd be barfing and would need extensive therapy when I realized that there were probably 30 million men masturbating to my picture at any given time.)

Silly!

I feel silly. I've been a whiney, sassy tart. I still think Weber is a good school and Utah is ok though it has its issues like everywhere else. Perhaps our country wasn't founded perfectly but it's d...
