Breaking News...I am now the 493rd most searched comedian in the 90046 zipcode on MySpace...Jealous?

About Me

About me....If you look at my interests they pretty much sum me up. I'm a total movie nerd and a bit of a geek in general. The only thing I want to do in life is make movies but right now I have too many ideas and not enough time or direction. At least I work in the industry rather than Starbucks. I like to laugh and to make people laugh. I'm a complete ham. Sometimes people don't get my sense of humor - It doesn't help that I'm joking 99% of the time. I'm incapable of taking myself too seriously. I swear too much. I tend to get excited about really lame things - Today's obsessions are The Greatest American Hero and Guitar Hero. I love karaoke. Song of choice? Don't Stop Believin'. I love to travel. Just got back from Costa Rica - Made me want to quit my job and go sell coconuts on the beach. Good times, good times... Didn't see enough monkeys though. Next up, most likely China, although Africa is tickling my fancy these days so we'll have to see. I take a ridiculous amount of photos from the plane when I fly. Also, I'm a writer for the Big News Show at IO West (Sundays at 10pm). Below is one of the sketches I wrote for the show:HELP KIM JONG
Starring:
Phillip Wilburn as George Bush
Artemis Pebdani as Kim Jong Il
Directed by George Caleodis

My Interests

Movies, stand-up comedy, music, long walks on sandy beaches, dwarf tossing, furries, plushies, pegacorns, and I've just taken up surfing - I'm totally already good at it, but that's not surprising because I'm pretty amazing at everything I do.

I'd like to meet:

Nomi "You don't know shit" Malone

Music:

Journey, Prism, the Supersuckers, the Velvet Underground & Lou Reed, Billy Idol, Modest Mouse, Hot Hot Heat, Elvis, Iggy Pop, The Talking Heads, Fugazi, The Postal Service, Stars & Broken Social Scene (Long live the Canadian music collective), Diamond Dave, The GoGo's, Joan Jett, Pat Benetar, and any and all things 80's. Meat Loaf, The Clash, Bad Religion, Dead Kennedys, Face to Face, Propaghandi, All, Ten Foot Pole, and all punkness in general. I'm a huge fan of butt rock - especially Kiss, Poison, Maiden, AC/DC, The Darkness and the Crue.
