ENGLISH:Kheir Edinne M'Kachiche was born in the streets of Bab El Oued in Algiers, on December 3rd 1972, son of a musician; he integrated the Arab-Andalusia’s Music studies in 1983 at Algiers Conservatory and in El Fakhardjia. Between 1986 and 1990, he participated in many Arab Andalusia’s festivals music, Spring Music of Algiers, Malouf Festival of Constantine, Tlemcen Festival.Addicted to the traditional Algerian music, he was inspired from various musical styles as the Chaabi and the Hawzi. Earlier, he was solicited to play with famous Cheikhs (masters of this music) such as: Guessoum Abdelkader, Rada Doumaz, Aziouiz Raïs, Cherchem Abdelkader, Rahma Boualem, Mehdi Tamache, few years later with El Hachemi Guerouabi and Amar Ezaahi...Later, he got closer to various styles of Algerian music; he accompanied and recorded many albums with very famous artists and singers in various styles such as:Raï music: Cheb Hassen, Mohamed Lamine, Houari Dauphin, Cheb Akil, Hakim Salhi, Reda Taliani, Abdou Deriassa, Cheb Hakim, Cheb Mimou, Mohamed Esseghir, Chaba Sihem, Chaba Djamila, Chaba Kheira...
Constantine, Setif and chawi music: Cheb Khalass, Ben Zina, Radia Manel, Hassen Dadi, Belbeche, Bouaziz, yamina, katchou…Morrocan music style: Cheb Anouar, Sadek…Kabyle music: Ait menguellat, Rabah Asma, Cherif Hamani, Zedak El Mouloud, Alaoua, Rachid Koceila, Nadia Baroud, Yassmina… Algiers music: Naima el Djzairia, Fella et Naima Abbabsa, Nadia ben youcef, Baaziz, Karima Essaguira, Radia Adda, Hamidou, Samir Toumi, Toufik Aoun, Mohamed Rebah, Samir el Assimi.He participated in many musical compositions for Algerian movies and series and operating with Algerian composers such as: Said Bouchelouche: El Rabia el Esswad (The Black Spring), EL IMTIHANE ESSAB (the bitter Test). Kouider Bouzyane: MEZGUANA (Algiers). Noubli Fadel. Bouliffa Med: HOUB WA DJOUNOUNE (love and craziness)…etc.Since 1998, he has accompanied the Arab-Andalusia singer Amina Alaoui in various concerts and festivals in Europe (Sweden "Falun 1998", Swiss "Lausane: 2001/2007", Italy "Roma", Portugal 2006, Spain) and many other towns between 2001 and 2007, Belgium "Brussels, Flagey", Holland "Ulrich 2007"; Amsterdam and Lahay", Norway "Oslo 2008", France "Institute of Arab and the Corsican", Greece "Tesalonyque" and Middle East "Syria" In 2003...He participated as a solo player of the year of Algeria in France in a French-Algerian Creation in tribute to music hall of Algeria of the 50s with the French group Barios Chino, installed in Marseille (Les Orientales). He made in this creation many residencies in Marseille and Algiers before starting concerts: Theatre Mogador, Les Docks Sud de Marseille, Les Francofolies de la Rechelle, and in Algeria at the European festival: “Theatre National d’Alger (Algiers National Theatre), in Oran and Constantine, Riad El Feth in Algiers. This creation, was concluded for him by a release of a live album (CD and DVD) released in MK2 in France and Belda in Algeria with a promotional tour in France.In 2004, he was solicited by Farid Aouameur to participate to the record of the last album of Khaled (YA RAYI) in the famous song of El Hadj M’Hmad El Anka “EL HMAM†released with the label UNIVERSAL.In 2005, he participated at Festival des Escales in Saint Nazaire with a band from Oran of Raï music (Chaba Djamila and the band Liberty) where he recorded another album live released with the label of the “FESTIVAL DES ESCALES†with a promotional tour in Saint Nazaire and Marseille at the “FETIVAL DE BAB EL MED†festival...In 2007, he was invited to participate at the creation of (SIWAN) Jazz in Oslo (Norway) with the composer Jon Balke (http://www.magnetic.no/siwan.html) where he made a work residence and a concert in COSMOPOLITE Hall and participated in the recording of this sweet creation with the label ECM. In this project, he played with famous and virtuoso and masters musicians such as Jon Balke, Amina Aloui, Jon Hassel and especially with the Baroque Orchestra “Magnetic North Orchestraâ€...In November 2007, he participated with Amina Alaoui and her orchestra in an Arab-Andalusia-Flamenco creation with the band Marina Heredia in Granada, Spain. In December 2007, he participated to the record of the last album of RAFAEL VALANTEANO, Kheir Edinne appears in the song Sie. In this album, he played with talented people such as: Dominic Miller, Déon Estus, Harold Todd, Rhani Krija and Momo Djender.In January 2008, he was guest of the Algerian jazz band Sinoudj to play some pieces in the framework of the cultural week of Constantine in Algiers.In may 2008, he participated to another master class, still in Constantine, with Pierre Vaiana in the framework of Dima Jazz Festival in Constantine, where he was guest of the opening evening by Jean Alain Roussel and his band “The Oneâ€, it was great with full of energy...The following day he played with his talented band MADAR at a great show, just after he left to Norway to play with the band SIWAN (http://www.magnetic.no/siwan.html) in two big festivals “MAI JAZZ à STAVENGER†(May Jazz) and “LE FESTIVAL DE BERGENâ€...The famous trumpet player Jon Hassel invited him as a guest player to his show Maarifa Street at the festival NATT JAZZ in Bergen, Norway during the same period. It was a great occasion and memorable event...
