MORNINGSTAR

Guitarists Zak and Tyler formed Morningstar in the early summer months of 2003. Their different styles came together and created the basis of the sound produced by Morningstar. In the months following the band's conception, Zak and Tyler began the search for other members. Keyboardist Mike Hoedle joined shortly there after. Followed some time later by Gavid Davin (percussion) and Mitch Warner (bass). This would be the first official line-up of the Morningstar legion. After a short time Mitch left the band due to the birth of his daughter, and in December of 2005 Gave also left the fold.
In the fall of 2006, Morningstar parted ways with robo drummer 3000 (drum machine) for Max (worms inside, whorrid). His aggressive drumming style brings a new sound to Morningstar.
In the fall of 2006 Tyler recorded the next four songs that would make up the INFIDELS! demo for 2007 release. The mixing and mastering was done by John of Empyrean Sky. The work he did on the INFIDELS! demo speaks for itself! He was easy to work with and Morningstar recomend John for recording/mixing/mastering. To contact John, follow the link below.
Tyler (Lead Axe/Lead Vokills) over the last year has developed a website for the Girls Of Metal. The Girls of Metal are a gang of hot a$$ chicks from the Chicago metal scene that created a calendar to raise funds for the American Brain Tumor Association in memory of the late guitarist from the band Death (Chuch S.). All money made from the sales of the Girls of Metal calendar go to the ABTA.
