Nicko D had his first contact with music at the early age of 10 by learning the guitar.His first contact with Djing was at 2003 by playing music at a local bars.His style was hip hop back then.Soon he started discovering dance music by progressive and house music.He became very popular in his area because the music he was playing was different from what Chalkidiki's people were used to listen!He also started thinking of producing but it was a little bit early.
In 2006,back in Thessaloniki,his love for music and specially for the sound brought him to a college,studying sound engineering and music technology.He was now ready to produce because he was more expirienced on producing than before.Chez les fauves was his debute with his close friend and partner E-man Noel.They gained the support of Dj Leoni who released their first EP and gave them support with his label Underground Lessons.He also gained some support and feedback from Yana Heinstein who released with her label a track of her remixed by him. Soon he started performing at some of Thessalonikis best clubs and bars and he is one of the most quick rising djs/producers.
His music style is not fixed!It depends from the mood and the occasion.''I don't want to have a current music style I like to play evertyhting that sounds good to me.My sets aren't the same and every set of me hides surprices! I want people smile,dance and have a great time and great party everytime they listen to my sets.Althought progressive heavy bass in combination with house melodies and techno elements is really amazing I think!''
