About Me
Tash grew up surrounded by different art-forms. Since his early childhood, his expression through music could be easily observed. Being an active graffiti writer since ’97, he’s been involved in promoting hiphop events, graffiti festivals & breakdance contests, making his first contact with turntables and dj mixers during that time and then he met the ‘vinyl pleasure’ spinning a variety of breaks, freestyle & miami-bass tunes, inspired by pioneers like Africa Bambaataa, The Freestylers, Planet Patrol, Arabian Prince, Egyptian Lover, ao.. In the late ‘90s he discovered the progress of electronic dance music into progressive house, break, tech-house and trance records.
“Something important I learned from the past is always to remember about your roots. Since his very first productions, his aim remained the same; to express himself through music and overdone himself in each and every project! His collaboration with Stage Van H gave birth to more massive tunes like ‘Emotional Impact’ in ’06 being featured in a cd compilation of Underground Lessons (gr) groundbreaking dancefloors around, and ‘Detox’, for Presslab Limited (it) in May ’07 remixed by Eelke Kleijn & Hogendoorn, and Gio Red with big support by Hernan Cattaneo getting used to it on more than one Metro One shows & gigs around the world!
