Chief Apostle Dr. Maxine Hall, is the founder and Senior Pastor of Full Gospel Ministries Inc.
Columbus, MS. She is a graduate of R.E Hunt High School, Mary Holmes Jr. College where she
received a degree in Cosmetology and was crowned the first Ms. Cosmetologist of that school.
In 1992 she was a correspondence graduate of Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma under
Kenneth Hagin. She attended Mississippi University for Women where she took a computer
course. In 2005 she received a Doctorate of Ministry from Friends International Christians
University in Merced, California. She is currently working on her Ph.D.
• 1998 She announced her call into the Ministry in a Missionary Baptist Church ( Friendship
M. B.)
• 1989 She was licensed as the first lady preacher deriving from the perimeter of a M.B. Church in
that area.• 1991 She was ordained as the first lady minister of that area in the same church; therefore
becoming the pathway for many more ladies within the missionary Baptist churches in
the area to accept in the ministry from the Baptist Arena.
•1992 She along with her husband Pastor Johnny Hall founded Full Gospel Ministries with
12 members, at present time there are approximately 300 members active members.• May 1996 Dr. Hall was invited to Ghana, West Africa city of Accra. Where she was
initiated as a princess of the Fontu tribe and given an African name by the chief and his
council; NANA-ABENA-SEWER( Born on Tuesday, Queen Mother). She became the
Spiritual Advisor to the Chief. She preached day and night for two weeks there and many
were healed of their infirmities and delivered by God. Dr. Hall oversees 20 churches in Accra and
one secondary school with approximately 250 students ( Maxine Hall School of Education).
She overseers two churches in the Columbus area.
She is the mentor and spiritual advisor to many pastors.
•2002 She was ordained as an Apostle by the Presbytery of Apostles, Bishops, Prophets,
and Pastors.
• 2007 She was affirmed in the office of Chief Apostle by His Grace, The Most High Reverend
Bishop Dr. Willie E. Hines Presiding Prelate and Chief Apostle Chief Celebrant and
Consecrator and the Presbytery.
• Dr. Hall has preached and ministered in various locations both national and international such as:
Dominica
New Amsterdam, Holland
Island of Antiqua
Jerusalem (Tel. Aviv)
St. Thomas, Island
London, England
• September 1997 She was invited as one of the delegates and lecturer to the 24th
International Congress on Arts and Communication in Cambridge, England; which was
held at Oxford University.• 1999 Dr. Hall attended the 26th Arts and Communications as a delegate, which was held in
Lisbon, Portugal at the Royal Palace of Queluz where she was asked to do the Invocation.
