My Interests

I love the outdoors. I have done many long trips into the wilderness. I love to travel and to cook. Music and food are both of my favorite hobbys and careers. Most of all though I think I like to hang with my kiddo,Ain't she cute?

A bit about me, eh? I trained as achef at Le Cordon Bleu and now do some private catering. I also play drums for a band called,DEAF TOM CROW. I am into the blues, rock, jazz, you name it. I spend quite a bit of time in Palisades Park Mich. I have an a sick love for the outdoors, do some climbing, backpacking, and canoe quite a bit. I love to travel, Germany and Italy have been my favorite so far. I do love to travel the states though..MMMMM..mountains. Over all, I am just a laid back guy looking for good people.

Palisades Clubhouse Coleslaw

This is a favorite for end of summer bbq's....one we like to make at the cottage for dinner parties on the porch.  For the slaw : 1/2 a head of each, green cabbage and red cabbage...shredded fine...

Seared White Fish W/ Poached Pear Chuttney
