My Interests

Hard to share

My testimony is very personal. I really don't like to share it because of the context. I have never had anyone actually email me a negative response. I know that GOD has His hands on me. I actually DIDN’T want to have this out where ANYONE could see it... But God told me to have here so anyone can read it. It might actually change someone’s life.
I was in a relationship when I was with a boy from high school. We were together for 2 years and living with each other. I had a part time job, barely surviving. I was so depress. I had never felt so sad and lonely in my life then I did at that moment.
The reason I lived with him was because I got into a fight with my mom. We were in the process of building a house and had to live in a 2 room apartment in the transition. I grew up in a huge home with my own bathroom. The tiny apartment was a change, and hard to get use too. I had to share one bedroom with my sister and brother that were in high school. I can say we use to step on each other's toes. We were all stressed out and had no alone time. We were around each other every day.
Everyone was so stressed and at wits end. My parents were building there own dream home, and would spend 12 hours at the site. My sister was in her teens and trying to find herself. My brother had to live in the bathroom. Yes - bathroom. My parents some how converted the extra bathroom into a small dorm room.
I was fighting a lot with my parents. I would actually become psychical with my fights. I hated myself then. I was currently attending college, but my heart wasn't into it. I worked part time at Pier One. I actually loved my job. Other then that, I felt hallow. One day, my mom and I got into a major fight. It ended very badly. I ended up packing up all my belongings (not much) and left for my boyfriend’s house.
He lived in a trailer with his mom. The living situation was the furthest from a Christian Home. I think God was really testing me. I use to hang out at a liquor store and drink and smoke. Needless to say, our relationship was not solid. We fought and it ended up becoming abusive. But, I WAS the one fighting and hitting. I was so unhappy with my life; I took it out on him. He was not to blame. He was actually a decent guy.
He had a child from a previous relationship. So, he had that to deal with. One day I found out I was pregnant. So, here I was a lost soul, no backbone in anything. Depressed - spend my days in bed wondering if this is my life - and found out I was going to be a mother. I still haven’t had any communication with my family. I close to his sister, but she wasn’t the best role model for my fragile state. I had no one to turn to besides my boyfriend.
I told my boyfriend. He was not excited to say the least. He all ready had a kid, and really couldn't support another. I couldn’t see myself being a mom. I couldn’t hardly keep my life straight, let along have another responsibility to a person. So, we ended up flipping through a phone book. I was numb to the fact that I was choosing this option. But, at the time, it was the answer.
I ended up killing my baby.
After this, my bf and I moved into an apartment. Living like everything was okay. But, inside I was messed up as ever. I was cheating on my boyfriend trying to find comfort. I wanted to get drunk all the time. Now, I know I was dealing with the most devastating time in my life.
One day, my boyfriend and I got into a fight. I ended up taking a golf club, and smashed the TV in. He ended up calling the cops, and he and his sister physically threw me out of my apartment. I ended up on the door step of the only place I could turn. My best friend I had since high school. She took me in her house, and she was a newly wed. Her relationship with her husband at the time was also fragile. I felt like an intruder and that they didn’t deserve to take care of me. But, she took me and tried to comfort my battered heart and soul.
I was at the bottom. I didn't want to call my parents and my boyfriend cut me off. The last time I heard from him, he was crying. He didn't understand what happened to me. This is the next day after the incident. That is the last time I heard from him.
I ended having my mom come and go to the apartment to get my stuff. There has never been such a horrible moment in my life then leaving my engagement ring on the counter. He was working that day, and his sister was there. I couldn’t even bring myself to look at her. My life was ending.
I moved back to my parents, determine to pull my life together. I felt such a change that was going to happen in my life, and I didn’t know what it was at that time. I put all my energy to start over.
Several months later, the LORD sent someone in my life that forever changed it. And, that person is, my husband.
He was a Christian.
One night, he brought me to a church play .The play was called Heaven’s Gates and Hell’s Flames. Heaven's Gates & Hell's Flames is a full-length theatrical production about Heaven and Hell. It follows a number of people, in different walks of life who die and must stand before the angel with the book of life. Some go into heaven and some go into hell.
Well, one of the situations was this..
There was a girl that found out she was pregnant. She had to make the decision to keep it, or the “other.”

She choose to other.
The next day she died..
She went to HELL. The demons came out from the dark and dragged her down into the screaming pits of hell.
Then, Jesus appeared in Heaven, holding the beautiful baby.
My heart sank and I was crying so hard.
This was me. I did this.
But, the Holy Spirit comforted me. He was surrounding me. At the end of the play, they asked if anyone would like to surrender to Christ. The point of the play was, it doesn't matter what you did in the past. Even the most horrible sickening thing.
GOD STILLS LOVES YOU!! AND FORGIVES YOU!!
I went to the altar. I cried and worshipped. That day I accepted JESUS CHRIST as my savior. HE forgave me. I knew my baby was with HIM. And, HE loves me no matter what.
Since that day, I am forever thankful for JESUS. After I gave my life to HIM, my husband and I married. I haven't fought with him.
I have a beautiful house.
My husband has a wonderful job.
I am healthy.
And most importantly, I have two beautiful children that I love more then life it self.
I am happier than I can ever be.
Still is, every day.
MY life is for HIM now.
Everything is HIS.
I know one day I will be reunited with my baby. God has given me by baby back, ALL because I choose to love HIM and accepted HIM to be first in my heart and life. Praise GOD!!

I'd like to meet:

Praise
Let everything that has breath praise Me. Put on a garment of praise for the spirit heaviness. Lift up your voice to Me, for I inhabit your praise. Yes, when My people praise Me, I am there in their midst. Your praise is a sweet smelling aroma to Me. Praise sets the atmosphere for a mighty move.

I adore those who give unto Me as sacrificial praise. When My people praise Me in times of trials and troubles, that is when I strengthen them. Praise is what brings you through. Praise is one of the keys to victory, for the enemy is scattered at the sound of your praise. He hates to hear the sound of worship being given to the One he envies.
When you go to your prayer closet to pray, and you don't feel Me, get into praise and worship. I am there when you aren't feeling Me, but when you catch My heart with your praises, you cause My hand to move. When praises go up, blessings come down. So praise Me in and through every situation. When you are frustrated and discouraged, sing a song of praise. That is how David encouraged himself with praise!
My children don't understand the power of praise yet fully. Yes, your praise brings delight to Me; but when you praise, you also strengthen yourself. You edify yourself and you remind yourself of Who I am. I want you to praise Me for who I am so I can show you another aspect of My glory.
Praise, praise, praise!
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
"
Make a joyful shout to the LORD, all you lands! Serve the LORD with gladness; Come before His presence with singing" Psalms 100:1-2

~ The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul.. – Psalms 19:7 ..

"It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he enables me to stand on the heights. He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze. You give me your shield of victory, and your right hand sustains me; you stoop down to make me great. You broaden the path beneath me, so that my ankles do not turn." Psalm 18:32-36

"Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. Remember, O LORD, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old. Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways; according to your love remember me, for you are good, O LORD." Psalm 25:4-7

"One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock." Psalm 27:4-5

"The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song. The LORD is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one. Save your people and bless your inheritance; be their shepherd and carry them forever." Psalm 28:7-9

Prayer of Salvation - I've Prayed It; Now What? If you've prayed this prayer of salvation with true conviction and heart, you are now a follower of Jesus. This is a fact, whether or not you feel any different. Religious systems may have led you to believe that you should feel something - a warm glow, a tingle, or some other mystical experience. The fact is, you may, or you may not. If you have prayed the prayer of salvation and meant it, you are now a follower of Jesus. The Bible tells us that your eternal salvation is secure! "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9)

"I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else." ~ Lewis, C.S.

"Soar back through all your own experiences. Think of how the Lord has led you in the wilderness and has fed and clothed you every day. How God has borne with your ill manners, and put up with all your murmurings and all your longings after the 'sensual pleasures of Egypt!' Think of how the Lord's grace has been sufficient for you in all your troubles."~ Spurgeon, Charles

Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage, and confidence." ~ Og Mandino

All Christians should understand the following six truths concerning temptations.
1. God does not tempt us. "Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man" (James 1:13). He wants us to be saved, and He wants to bless us.
2. In every temptation there will always be a way of escape.
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is afaithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it" (1 Corinthians 10:13). Either we will be able to overcome the temptation or else God will prevent it from coming to us. God will not allow Satan to tempt us beyond our ability to overcome. Should we fail, the Lord will forgive us if we seek forgiveness.
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (I John 1:9).
3. Blessings will always follow trials. God will turn the hardship into something beneficial for us.
"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, and to them who are the called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28).
For example,if we are to teach others how to overcome, we must first overcome temptations ourselves. The Lord allowed Satan to tempt Job,but Job received twice the amount of blessings after his trial as he had before.
4. God sends trials to teach us to rely upon his power and to strengthen us in our Christian walk. The struggle required to overcome temptation is good for us. It is a necessary part of the normal process of maturing.
~Diamonds and graphite are composed of the same substance- carbon. The difference between the two is the molecular structure, which is determined by the amount of pressure applied to each. Diamonds have been exposed to a tremendous amount of pressure, but graphite has not. God may want us to be diamonds in His kingdom; if so, pressure must come.

5. Simply because we live in this world, trials and tribulations will inevitably come, whether we are Christians or not. We can either surrender to the devil and lose our souls or we can trust in the Lord for victory (1 Peter 5:8-10).Unquestionably, we should choose the latter alternative.
6. Temptation itself is NOT a sin. Jesus was tempted in all points as we are, yet without sin (Hebrews 4:15). Evil thoughts and sinful desires may knock at our heart's door but this is not sin in itself. These are temptations; these are normal life experiences. We do not commit sin unless we yield to these evil thoughts, whether by entertaining and enjoying them in the mind or by enacting them physically.
We should pray as the Lord taught:
"Deliver us from evil" (Luke 11:4). Overcoming is not always easy, but it is always possible. We can be overcomer's.

He is the Rock, His work is perfect; for all His ways are judgment; a God of truth, and without iniquity, just and right is He.~DEUTERONOMY 32:4
DUTIES are ours, events are the Lord's; when our faith goeth to meddle with events, and to hold a court (if I may so speak) upon God's Providence, and beginneth to say, "How wilt Thou do this or that?" we lose ground; we have nothing to do there; it is our part to let the Almighty exercise His own office, and steer His own helm; there is nothing left us, but to see how we may be approved of Him, and how we may roll the weight of our weak souls, in well-doing, upon Him who is God omnipotent, and when what we thus essay miscarrieth, it shall neither be our sin nor cross. ~ SAMUEL RUTHERFORD

JABEZ'S PRAYER
The little, bold, prayer of Jabez:
"Jabez cried out to the God of Israel,
- "Oh, that you would bless me
- and enlarge my territory!
- Let your hand be with me,
- and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain."
And God granted his request."

THE WAY
Thomas said to him,"Lord, we don't know where you are going,so how can we know the way?"Jesus answered, "I am the way."John 14: 5–6
FROM THE FATHER'S HEART

My child, have you lost your way again? Do you sometimes feel like a three-year-old child standing in a huge shopping mall alone, separated from its mother? When life confuses you, and you don't know which way to turn, run home to Me. I hear your cries. You may wander away. But I never will. I am the way. Follow My footprints, and you'll never lose your way home.
A GRATEFUL RESPONSE

You are my bridge over troubled waters, the path to light my feet. Without You in my life, I have no direction, Lord. I depend on You for my road map of life. You not only show me the way. You are the way.

I am going to TRY
Father please forgive me For all my sins incurred, For the countless times of negligence, And failed practice of Your word.
Lord accept my somber apologies, For I have brought You shame. Forgive me for all that I have done, And failed glory to Your name.
Oh, please wash and cleanseth me, Remove this soiled stain. Through my life I have toiled And self-inflicted needless pain.
I'm not worthy of Your glory, Mercified, I seek Your grace. Someday I'll bow before You, And confess all face to face.
This moment forth I pledge my best And pray that I won't fall shy. Although human, I'm prone to mistakes, But Lord, I'm going to try.
B.G. Wetherby
GOD WILL FORGIVE
For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. Psalm 103:11-12
He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Proverbs 28:13
I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. Isaiah 43:25
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. Isaiah 55:7
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him Ephesians 1:17
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

AMAZING GRACE

"Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.... I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see. T'was Grace that taught...
my heart to fear. And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear... the hour I first believed.
Through many dangers, toils and snares... we have already come.
T'was Grace that brought us safe thus far... and Grace will lead us home.
The Lord has promised good to me... His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be... as long as life endures. When we've been here ten thousand years... bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise... then when we've first begun. "Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.... I once was lost but now am found, was blind, but now, I see.

Dying To Self

DYING TO SELF
When you are forgotten, or neglected, or purposely set at naught, and you don’t sting and hurt with the insult or the oversight, but your heart is happy, being counted worthy to suffer for Christ -
THAT IS DYING TO SELF.

When your good is evil spoken of, when your wishes are crossed, your advice disregarded, your opinions ridiculed, and you refuse to let anger rise in your heart, or even defend yourself, but take it all in patient loving silence -
THAT IS DYING TO SELF.

When you lovingly and patiently bear any disorder, any irregularity, any impunctuality, or any annoyance; when you can stand face to face with waste, folly, extravagance, spiritual insensibility, and endure it as Jesus endured it -
THAT IS DYING TO SELF.

When you are content with any food, any offering, any raiment, any climate, any society, any solitude, any interruption by the will of God -
THAT IS DYING TO SELF.

When you never care to refer to yourself in conversation, or record your own good works, or itch after commendation, when you can truly love to be unknown -
THAT IS DYING TO SELF.

When you can see your brother prosper and have his needs met, and can honestly rejoice with him in spirit and feel no envy nor question God, while your won needs are far greater and in desperate circumstances -
THAT IS DYING TO SELF.

When you can receive correction and reproof from one of less stature then yourself, and can humbly submit inwardly as well as outwardly, finding no rebellion or resentment rising up within your heart -
THAT IS DYING TO SELF.

God Has Kept Me Here For A Reason
Repeat after me: God has kept me here for a reason. I survived because He has a plan for me. All my bad relationships, the addictions, the consequences, the bad credit, the repossessions, the death of my loved ones, the back stabbing from my friends, the negative thoughts, or the lack of support;
I made it because I am blessed!
I release and let go of all past hurts, misunderstandings and grudges because I am abundantly blessed! I recognize them as the illusions they are, and sent from the enemy to kill my spirit, steal my joy, and destroy my faith; For God is all there is. All else is a lie! Now give yourself a hug, wipe your tears away and walk in victory!!!!! !!! I love you, but more appropriately God loves you BEST! Be blessed and know that you are at one with THE SPIRIT OF THE LIVING GOD! And may the Lord keep watch between you and me when we are away from each other.
Genesis 31:49. Amen!

Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
PRAY THIS EVEN IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE IT!! IT WILL ONLY TAKE A MINUTE.
You never know when God is going to bless you!! Good things happen when you least expect them to !!!
Dear Lord, I thank You for this day. I thank You for my being able to see and to hear this morning. I'm blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for me and You keep on blessing me. Forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you.
I ask now for Your forgiveness. Please keep me safe from all danger and harm. Help me to start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day to clear my mind so that I can hear from You. Please broaden my mind that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and whimper over things I have no control over. And it's the best response when I'm pushed beyond my limits.
I know that when I can't pray, You listen to my heart. Continue to use me to do Your will. Continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others. Keep me strong that I may help the weak. Keep me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others. I pray for those that are lost and can't find their way. I pray for those that are misjudged and misunderstood. I pray for those who don't know You intimately. I pray for those that will delete this without sharing it with others. I pray for those that don't believe.
But I thank you that I believe. I believe that God changes people and God changes things. I pray for all my sisters and brothers. For each and every family member in their households, I pray for peace, love, and joy in their homes, that they are out of debt, and all their needs are met. I pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight.
I pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees it.
If you prayed this prayer, change the number in the subject box before forwarding the message so people can see how many people have done so. God Bless!!! Just repeat this phrase and see how God moves!!
God, I love you and I need you, come into my heart, please.
Pass this message to everyone except me. You will receive a miracle tomorrow.
Don't ignore and God will bless you.
Know that you are already blessed by the person who sent this to you.
Have you talked to your DADDY today?
I am a woman of Christ willing to stand for my Maker!
Run to the Lord.. when you are having problems.. He is always waiting for His daughters.. with open arms.. He loves you so much!

Psalms 91

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. Psalms 91:1-16
