I am the author of "The Lesser Blessed" (a novel), a collection of short stories, "Angel Wing Splash Pattern", and two children's books with Cree artist George Littlechild: "A Man Called Raven" and "What's the Most Beautiful Thing You Know About Horses?"In 2008, every newborn baby in British Columbia will receive my children's book "A Welcome Song for Baby: A Lullaby for Newborns." This baby book is published by Orca Book Publishers. Orca will also be publishing my new novel, "Blessing Wendy."Great news! "The Lesser Blessed" will soon be a film through First Generation Films. Woo hoo!
